Rumman is a full-service, high-quality dining restaurant dedicated to showcasing the rich diversity of regional Syrian cuisine. Conceived as an ambitious culinary project, Rumman set out to highlight the many flavors, traditions, and cooking techniques that define Syria’s multi-colored gastronomic heritage. Through thoughtfully crafted dishes, authentic ingredients, and a warm, elegant atmosphere, the restaurant aims to offer guests a true cultural and culinary journey—celebrating the depth, variety, and artistry of Syrian regional cooking. 

Cake Americana is a premium American-style bakery specializing in classic cakes, pies, and a curated selection of high-quality European desserts. The concept emphasizes authenticity, craftsmanship, and superior ingredients, bringing timeless American baking traditions to life while incorporating refined international influences. Cake Americana was first launched in Houston, Texas, where it quickly developed a reputation for its rich flavors, artisanal preparation methods, and consistently exceptional product quality.
