The company was founded in 2018 in Chicago, Illinois, by Mr. Adam Jadid, with a vision to create multiple easy-to-manage, cost-effective QSR and full-service restaurant brands featuring diverse international themes.
Our first project, Rumman, was launched in Damascus, Syria, as an upscale regional restaurant, followed by Chicago, a gourmet QSR concept inspired by American cuisine, which expanded to two locations. We later introduced Cake Americana, a dessert catering brand serving restaurants and cafés. Our international endeavors also include Dulce Aida, an artisan bakery established in Granada, Spain.
We are currently exploring opportunities in Türkiye and Saudi Arabia and are eager to bring our new concepts to these two dynamic and promising markets.
